Hi, I am currently updating the site so the format varies from page to page,
there may also be some links (fewer than there were) that take you somewhere you were not expecting - sorry about this!
Unfortunately this is a time consuming process, especially as I prefer to be out with the camera rather than in front of the PC!
Eventually all the gallery pages will be the same format as the UK Birds 1 page with links through to a page of higher resolution
images such as those on the new Whitethroat Page. I hope you like them. MC.24/4/11.

I am an amateur nature photographer living in Manchester in the NW of England. Although I spend much time
photographing british wildlife, mostly birds, I am also fortunate enough to travel frequently overseas in search of images.
This website is a reflection of my travels and in addition to British wildlife currently depicts wildlife from four different continents.
My images have been used for a wide range of applications, both in the UK and the USA, so if you are an image professional,
looking to meet a commercial requirement, or someone looking for a fine art print to decorate your home, I will be able to
fulfill your requirements.
The images are formatted for optimum web presentation but are only a small selection taken from my continually
updated picture library. I am also in the process of sending a more substantial collection to the stock agency Alamy. If you cannot
find what you are looking for here or there, or you see an image but the format is not right for your immediate requirement,
please don't hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to help.
I am always happy when my images are used to support and promote conservation and many of my images have been used by various bodies from
small not for profit making organisations through to large internationally renowned charities. Take a look at the fundraising page to see
how images from my photographic safaris to Kenya raised over £17,000 in three years for the RSPB and Nature Kenya in Nairobi.
